    1 box any yellow cake mix
    1 3 oz box of vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
    3/4 cup vegetable oil
    3/4 cup sherry
    1 teaspoon vanilla essence
    1 teaspoon nutmeg
    4 eggs
    1/3 cup poppy seeds, soaked for a few minutes in warm milk. then drained.

    Mix all the ingredients together well and bake at 350 degrees in a greased
    bundt tin for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
