Triple Lemon Cake

List of Ingredients
1 pkg lemon cake mix*
1 pkg lemon jello*
4 eggs
3/4 C water
3/4 C oil
Combine cake ingredients. Beat 5 minutes
Pour in 10x14 greased & floured pan
Bake @ 350 approx 50 minutes or until cake shrinks** away from the pan sides.
Remove & prick hot cake full of holes with toothpick
Glaze:
3 C powdered sugar, 1 tsp lemon zest, juice of 4 lemons
Pour glaze over cake immediately
Let cool prior to serving
No icing is necessary
Sprinkle each piece with powdered sugar just prior to serving to decorate (optional)
*Orange and Strawberry flavors can also be used
**Do not prick cake for to test for doneness. Just use shrink test Recipe
