    1 box Jiffy Muffin Mix in Banana Nut
    1 can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 stick of butter
    1/2 cup coconut

    Recipe



    While preheating oven to 350=B0, melt stick of butter in 9x13 pan, remove
    Make muffin mix according to directions
    Pour batter over butter, drop pineapple in batter by spoonful evenly around pan, do NOT mix, sprinkle coconut over batter
    Bake for 30-35 minutes
