    1 pound lean ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1/3 cup barbecue sauce
    1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 cup milk
    1 (7 1/2-ounce) package buttermilk corn bread mix
    1/2 cup frozen corn

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease shallow 2-quart baking dish.

    In large skillet, cook ground beef and onion for 8 to 10 minutes, or until ground beef is browned and onion is tender. Stir in barbecue sauce and tomato sauce. Turn into prepared dish.

    In bowl, combine egg, milk, corn bread mix and corn. Stir until well blended. Pour over ground beef mixture. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown.

    Serving quantity: Serves 4 to 6.
