Cheesy Pork Chop Casserole

1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup nonfat canned skimmed milk
1/2 cup reduced calorie sour cream
1/2 teaspoon Jane's or Lawry's seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
24 ounces frozen hashed browns, thawed (I prefer to use the ones in the dairy case)
3/4 cup Kraft Cheddar Classic Melts shredded cheese
1 can Durkee’s French-Fried Onions
6 pork chops pre-browned
1/2 cup Kraft Cheddar Classic Melts shredded cheese
Recipe
Combine soup, milk, sour cream, salt & pepper in bowl mixing well. Add potatoes, 3/4 cup shredded cheese and ½ can of the Durkee onions; mix well. Then, spoon into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish generously sprayed with Pam. Arrange browned pork chops on top of the potato mixture. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with the remaining ½ cup shredded cheese and bake uncovered about 5 minutes longer or until the cheese is just turning brown and bubbly.
