Chicken Mushroom Carrot Casserole

8 boneless chicken breasts
1 bag bread crumbs
3 eggs
1 cup milk
1 16-oz Swiss cheese
3 boxes fresh mushrooms
1 bag carrots
2 sticks butter
3 cloves garlic
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can chicken broth
1 cup sherry
1 qt half n half
1 box rice (instant)
Recipe
Dredge chicken in milk and egg mixture.
cover with bread crumbs
brown breaded chicken in melted butter and set aside.
Wrap chicken in Swiss cheese
Cut carrots into thin circles and cook in butter with garlic
Cook mushrooms after carrots are done.
Mix together and heat through --

Chicken Broth
Sherry (optional)
half n half (1/2 of a qt box)
add carrots and mushrooms to make sauce.
Put browned chicken that has been wrapped in Swiss cheese in a large
casserole pan and pour sauce over all. Bake at 350 degrees for
approximately 45 minutes until chicken is done and tender. This is
delicious over rice
