Apricot Sour Chicken

Chicken skinned and cut into serving pcs. 4 to a breast
8 oz. Russian dressing
8 oz. Apricot jam
1/4 C. water
1 Pkg. Lipton onion soup
1 can chunk pineapple
1 sliced green pepper Recipe
Sray pan with Pam, then place chicken on bottom of pan. Combine dressing, jam and onion soup, use the water to clean the jars out. Pour over chicken.
Cover with foil and cook 1 hour at 350 degrees.
Put drained pineapple and green pepper in with chicken, cover and cook another 30 min.
Uncover and cook 30 to 40 min. Serve with Rice.
