Baked Chicken Breasts in Yogurt Sauce

minced garlic
minced gingerroot
1 Tbsp red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp cumin
1 Tbsp paprika
1 Tbsp turmeric
1 Tbsp rosemary
1 Tbsp shallots
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 pint low fat yogurt
skinless chicken breasts
Mix the sauce ingredients and put into a heatproof dish and lay the chicken breasts in the sauce. Cover with foil and marinate overnight. Cook the next day at 325 F for 1 hour. Serve over rice and vegetables with the sauce.
