    1 c. commercial herb stuffing, crushed
    1/3 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. finely chopped fresh parsley
    1 colve garlic, minced
    1 (3 lb.) frying chicken, cut up
    1/4 lb. butter, melted


    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine stuffing, sheese, parsley and garlic. Set aside.

    Dip chicken in melted butter and then in stuffing mixture, coating thoroughly. Place chicken pieces, not touching on a cookie sheet or shallow baking pan, skin side up. Bake, uncovered for 45 minutes to 1 hour, turning oven down if chicken browns too quickly. Chicken may be baked ahead and served at room temperature.
