Barbeque Chicken with Stuffing

1 Tablespoon oil
2 1/2 Lbs Chicken peices
1 medium onion sliced thin
1 pkg. Stove Top Stuffing
1 C. barbeque sauce
1/2 C. water
1 Can Corn drained

Recipe



In large skillet, heat oil brown chicken and onion on all sides. Add in vegetable packet from stuffing mix, barbeque sauce and water. Bring to boil, reduce heat to simmer, cover and cook 30 minutes, or until chicken is tender.

Remove chicken, stir stuffing mix and corn into skillet place chicken on top of mixture, cover and let stand 5 min.
