    List of Ingredients




    1 C. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
    2 tsp. grated or finely minced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2-1/2 C. cooked diced chicken
    1 C. chopped celery
    1 C. sliced or chopped almonds, toasted
    1/2 C. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 C. crushed potato chips
    watercress

    Recipe



    Blend mayonnaise with lemon peel, juice, onion and salt. Mix lightly with chicken, celery and almonds. Spoon into individual serving dishes or a 1-1/2 quart casserole. Top with a sprinkling of cheese and potato chips. Bake at 400* for 15 minutes or until piping hot.
    Serve on bed of watercress.
