    Bob Bogey Buddy Breaded Baked Chicken

    List of Ingredients




    3/4 cup of fine dry bread crumbs
    1/4 cup of flour
    1 teaspoon of paprika
    1 teaspoon of salt
    1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
    1/2 teaspoon of freshly grated black pepper
    1/2 teaspoon of thyme
    1/2 teaspoon of oregano
    1/2 teaspoon of poultry seasoning water
    1 broiler fryer chicken, cut into serving pieces

    Combine all of the ingredients except the water and chicken. Moisten the chicken with water, roll in crumbs to coat. Put chicken in a single layer in baking pan. Bake in a preheated 350ºF. oven for 45 to 60 minutes or until the chicken is fork tender. Serves 3 to 4
