    List of Ingredients




    5 cup - uncooked bow-tie pasta (10 ounces)
    1 pound - boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 - 14 ounce can fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
    1 cup - frozen peas thawed
    1 cup - shredded carrots
    3 ounce - reduced-fat cream cheese
    1 tablespoon - lemon juice
    1/2 teaspoon - salt
    1/3 cup - shredded parmesan cheese


    Cook pasta according to directions. Meanwhile, sprinkle chicken with lemon pepper. In a large nonstick skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray, stir-fry chicken and garlic until chicken juices run clear. Remove and keep warm.

    Add broth, peas, carrots, cream cheese and lemon juice to the skillet; cook and stir until cheese has melted. Drain pasta. Add pasta, chicken and salt to vegetable mixture; heat through. Sprinkle with parmesan. Serves 4.

    Yields 1 serving
