    1 plump fryer, cut into pieces, or 5 plump chicken breasts
    1 teaspoon salt
    4 Tablespoons butter
    1 1/2 cups seasoned poultry stuffing mix
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
    1/2 cup sliced, pitted black olives
    1 small jar sliced pimientos
    1/2 cup chicken broth
    1 (16 oz) can French-style green beans
    Parsley for garnish

    Place chicken pieces in a small saucepan. Cover with water; add salt and 2 Tablespoons butter. Simmer until meat is tender. Remove from heat; pull chicken from bones and chop into large cubes.

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Place chicken in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Add 2/3 cup stuffing mix, mushroom soup, mushrooms, olives and pimientos. Pour chicken broth over mixture and toss lightly. Add beans and toss again, mixing ingredients well. Sprinkle remaining stuffing mix over top. Place thin pats of remaining butter over top of stuffing mix. Sprinkle liberally with water.

    Bake in 350 degree F. oven for 30 minutes, or until casserole begins to bubble. Garnish with parsley.
