1 lb. white meat, boneless and skinless chicken
1 inch of ginger
3 cloves garlic
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. cooking oil
¼ tbsp. of salt (or as taste desires)
¼ tbsp. of chili pepper
¼ tbsp. of hot Indian masalas
½ c. of plain yogurt
pinch of egg yellow food coloring
Recipe
In a blender mix the ginger, garlic, lemon juice, oil, salt, Indian hot masalas, plain yogurt and food coloring, blend for 1 minute. (It will become a smooth paste.) Take chicken and mix it with the yellow paste, bath it in the paste. Then refrigerate the chicken for about two hours. To cook the chicken put it in the oven for about 20 minutes at 450 degrees. (Rotate chicken every 5 minuets.)
