6 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 package of Stuffing, such as Stove Top
1 can of Cream of Chicken Soup
1 1/2 cups of White Wine (Apple Juice as a substitute)
2 tablespoons of butter
Recipe
Place the chicken in a 9" by 13" casserole dish/pan
Open the cream of chicken soup and pour over the pieces of chicken
Pour the wine/apple juice over the dish next, and use a spoon to mix the soup and wine together
Open the stuffing and pour over the entire dish evenly
Place pieces of butter evenly over the stuffing
Bake the dish in a 375 degree oven for about 45 minutes or up to one hour
Once cooked, let the dish sit for 10 minutes, then serve. Serving size is 6
