    4 chicken breast halves, boneless, skinless
    1/4 cup dry sherry
    1 package Italian salad dressing
    8 ounces cream cheese -- room temperature

    Recipe



    Put chicken breast halves in crockpot. Mix dressing mix with sherry and pour over. Cook on low 5-6 hours. Cut cream cheese into small pieces and add to crock pot. Heat on high, stirring frequently, until it melts and makes a creamy sauce.
