Chicken in Wine Sauce

6 boneless chicken breast remove fat and skin.
Wine Sauce
3 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. flour
2 c. water
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. Butter
1/2 C white wine
Recipe
Combine flour, cornstarch and sugar. Add water, stir until smooth, cook 8 to 15 minutes over medium heat until sauce thickens. When it looks like maple syrup remove from heat. Then add butter and wine, let stand.
To Cook Chicken:
Spray fry pan with a little oil. Dust chicken with flour on both sides. Brown off chicken on both sides. Place chicken in a greased casserole dish, cover with wine sauce. Cook 350° degree oven for 25 to 35 minutes or until chicken neachs intemal temp of 165° degrees.
