    1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
    1/3 cup milk
    1 tsp. instant minced onion
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
    1/2 cup sliced ripe pitted olives
    2 cups diced cooked chicken
    1/2 cup shredded processed American cheese
    1 loaf French bread

    Slice the top, horizontally,off the loaf of French bread. Scoop out the bottom of the loaf, leaving a bottom and walls of about 1". Set aside.

    In a medium sized saucepan heat soup, milk onion and mustard. Add pimiento, olives and chicken, mixing well. Spoon chicken mixture into the hollowed out loaf of French bread, sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Replace top of bread, wrap in aluminum foil and place on a cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350 deg. for 20-25 min. or until heated through and cheese has melted. Remove from foil and slice crosswise into serving size portions.
