    List of Ingredients




    1 package Chicken "thin and fancy fillets or breast pieces, boned and flattened"
    Salt and pepper
    1/4 cup flour
    3 tablespoons butter
    1/4 cup dry Vermouth or lemon juice
    1/2 teaspoon lemon peel, grated
    Chopped parsley and lemon slices for garnish.

    Recipe



    Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Dip each fillet into flour to coat on both sides. Saute in hot butter until browned and coated. Remove pan from heat and add vermouth and lemon peel. Return to heat and boil rapidly to thicken slightly. Serve immediately. Garnish with parsley and lemon slices.

    Serves 4.
