Irish Whiskey Chicken

1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
¼ cup diced fresh onion
4 strips diced raw bacon
2oz Irish Whisky
2 oz Orange Marmalade
2 boneless / skinless chicken breasts

Lightly flour the chicken breasts 2 minutes on both sides then place in a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes, then remove to a serving platter and make the sauce.
Sauté the diced bacon and onions until the onions are clear then add the mushrooms and continue to sauté for 2 minutes.
Add the whisky and then it should flame for a few seconds; now add the marmalade and stir.
Pour the sauce over the chicken and serve.
