    1 box Lemon Drop cookies
    2 1/2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts, rinsed
    Salt and pepper, to season

    Salt and pepper the chicken. Crumb the cookies. Coat the chicken with crumbs and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
