Nut Crusted Chicken with Mustard Sauce

4 chicken breasts
5 Tablespoons butter melted
4 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Salt & pepper
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon honey
Chopped fresh parsley
1) Place 2 pieces at a time into a plastic bag & pound.
2) Mix butter and mustard in a bowl and place nuts in another bowl. Dip each chicken breast in butter/mustard mixture and then dip into nuts. Bake uncovered at 375 for 35 minutes.
3) Just before serving, whisk the yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard and honey (heat it up). Serve over chicken breasts.
