    2 cups chicken broth
    1/2 cube butter
    2 cups fresh bean sprouts
    1/2 cup celery, diagonally sliced
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 1/2 Tbsp cornstarch
    1/2 sp sugar
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp pepper
    1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 clove garlic, minced
1 can (6 ounce) pitted olives, cut into wedges
    1/2 can pineapple chunks
2 cups cooked chicken, cut into 1 inch pieces
    Chow mein noodles
    Soy sauce
    2 cups cooked chicken

    Recipe

Saute bean sprouts, celery, and onion in the butter until translucent, but still crisp. Stir in 1/2 cup chicken broth. Remove vegetables and set aside. Save cooking liquid in pan. Mix cornstarch, sugar, salt, and pepper; blend with 1/4 cup of the chicken broth. Add remaining broth, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic to the saucepan. Add cornstarch mixture; bring to boiling, stirring constantly. Cook 2 to 3 minutes. Mix in olives, pineapple, chicken and reserved vegetables; heat thorougly, stirring occasionally. Serve over chow mein noodles and top generously with peanuts. Add soy sauce if you wish. Fabulous over hot rice too.
