    Rasberry Vinagrette Chicken

    -Butter
    -1cup finely chopped celery,onions,green pepper
    -3-4 chicken breasts chopped to bite size peices
    -olive oil
    -rasberry vinagrette dressing
    -onion salt, black pepper, red pepper seasoning,
    chili powder, celery salt, basil

    Recipe



    Mix some butter and olive oil in frying pan and simmer, when butter melts add the onion, celery stuff, cook for few minutes on low heat, adding basil, celer salt (as much as you like)

    Then add the chicken peices on top and cook the chicken while on top of the veggies so its not touching the pan, this helps char the veggies in some places how i like it, and slowly add flavor of veggies to chicken. when chickens getting cooked inside a bit you may add chili powder, red pepper spice, celery salt, onion salt, black pepper. toss few times add generous amount of the rasberry vinagrette dressing toss till chicken is coated a little cook till chicken is the way you like it. (vinagrette makes chicken turn red in some places its not charred, tastes VERY good)
