Smoky Mountain Chicken Thighs

10 chicken thighs (or more)
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 cup allspice
2 cups water
1 tablespoon saltRecipe
Place the chicken in a large flat glass dish. Mix the yogurt, water and salt together and pour over chicken. Cover with cling wrap. Place in the fridge overnight. Remove from water and gently press allspice into chicken. Cover well. Cook on your smoker. The chicken should remain tender since it sat in the yogurt and water brine overnight. If needed, baste gently with a beer and water mixture.
