4 Boneless Chicken Breasts
4 Slices Swiss Cheese
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1/4 C. Milk
1 C. Chicken flavored Stuffing Mix
1/2 Stick Butter, Melted
Recipe
Grease a 9” x 9” baking dish. Place chicken breasts in dish. Top each chicken breast with a slice of Swiss cheese. Mix soup and milk together and pour over top. Sprinkle stuffing mix over the soup mixture. Drizzle with butter. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
(For variation: Substitute pork cutlets for chicken breasts. Add cream of mushroom soup rather than cream of chicken soup. Substitute Pork Stuffing mix.)
