    The Best Baked Chicken Breasts

    6 chicken breasts, halved
    2 c. low-fat sour cream
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 tsp. celery salt
    2 tsp. paprika
    4 cloves garlic, finely minced
    4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. margarine

    Recipe



    Wipe chicken well with damp paper towels. In large bowl combine sour cream with lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, paprika, garlic, salt and pepper. Add chicken to the sour cream mixture, coating each piece well. Marinate covered overnight in refrigerator. Roll chicken in crumbs, coating evenly. Arrange in a single layer in large shallow baking pan. Spoon half of margarine over chicken. Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes. Spoon remaining butter mixture over chicken. Bake 10-15 minutes, or until chicken is tender and nicely browned. Makes 12 servings (6 servings, if whole breasts are used).
