Honey Mustard Pretzel Chicken

1/2 bag Honey Mustard Pretzel pieces
8 saltines
1/2 stick butter
8 chicken tenderloins, thawed
Salt & pepper
Recipe
Preheat the over to 350.
I use my food processor to crumb the pretzels & saltines together until crumbly (not powdery!)
melt the butter to liquid form. Take the chicken, coat in the melted butter, then roll in the crushed pretzels.
spray a baking pan w/ non-stick cooking spray & arrange the chicken on it. Make sure none of the pieces touch. Shake a little S&P over them.
Cook for 30 mins, turning halfway through. Easy!
