1 inch ginger, shredded
1 1/2 cup of sugar
2 cups of soy sauce
1 cup of sherry wine
2-3 pounds of chicken wings
Mix all ingredients in 3 quart saucepan. Bring to a boil. Cool down to lukewarm. Pour over chicken wings and marinate 4 hours. Bake at 350ºF. for one hour in a covered dish.
