    1 oz. vegetable oil
    5 oz. cellophane noodles (soak overnight)
    4 oz. julienne carrots
    4 oz. sliced shitake mushrooms
    7 oz. sliced onion
    4 oz. scallion cut into 3 inch pieces
    2 oz. sliced green cabbage
    2 red bell pepper (julienne)
    3 oz. sliced beef
    1 tbsp. soy sauce
    ¼ tsp. caramel color (optional)
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 tbsp. beef stock
    1 tbsp. sesame oil
    ½ tsp. sesame seeds

    Recipe



    Heat a stainless steel or teflon pan. Add vegetable oil, then beef and sauté for 1 minute. Add vegetables, noodles, soy sauce, sugar and beef stock. Sauté for 2-3 minutes. Toss in sesame oil, transfer to bowl and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
