1 lb. fresh Salmon
pinch Black Pepper
pinch Salt
Pinch Five Season Salt
Dash Cooking Wine
as needed Potato Flour
as needed Sesame Oil
Pinch Cilantro
1/2 w/Green Pepper
1/2 w/Red Pepper
1/2 w/Onion
Recipe
Remove skin from the piece of salmon. Cut the salmon into strips. Heat Wok with the sesame oil. In a mixing bowl toss the salmon with the potato starch. Add the coated salmon strips to the hot oil and saute. Dice the peppers and onion and place in a separate heated pan to saute. Add the balance of the ingredients and toss to desired tenderness. Drain the oil from the salmon strips and add the vegetables, toss and serve.
