Scallops in Black Pepper Sauce

1lb. Scallops
1/2 whole Green Pepper
1/2 whole Red Pepper
1/2 whole Onion
1 tsp. Oyster Sauce
1/2 tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Soy Sauce
1/4 tsp. Black Pepper Powder
1/4 cup Water
1 tsp. Potato Starch
Recipe
Cook Scallops in a pan of boiling water for 5 minutes. Dice peppers and onion and stir fry together in a Wok with a touch of oil. In a separate pan mix sauce ingredients together and add to the pepper/onion mixture. Add the scallops and serve.
