1 pound Shrimp
1/2 cup Scalllions, minced
1/2 cup Bamboo shoots
3 cloves Garlic, crushed
1/4 teaspoon Ginger
1 teaspoon Hot sauce
1/2 cup Cocktail sauce
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 tablespoon Soy sauce, dark
1 1/2 teaspoons Sesame oil
3 tablespoons Sherry, dry
3 tablespoons Water
1 tablespoon Cornstarch Recipe
Mix scallions, bamboo, ginger, garlic and hot sauce together and set aside.
Combine ketchup, sugar, sherry, soy and sesame oil togehter. Whisk until mixed thoroughly.
Mix cornstarch and water together.
Heat oil in wok and cook shrimp.
Remove and clean out wok.
Heat 2 Tablespoons of oil and add the veggies.
Stir fry and then add sauce and shrimp.
Add the cornstarch and water mixture and cook until it thickens.
