2 pounds all-beef hotdogs
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup catsup
1 cup bourbon
1/4 cup onion, diced
2 t. cornstarch
Recipe
Combine the last 5 ingredients in a saucepan and simmer. Slice hotdogs into 4 to 6 pieces each and toss into the sauce. Simmer for about 20 minutes until the hotdogs are done. Serve warm with toothpicks.
