    Brie Topped w/ Cranberry Marmalade

    12" wheel of Brie
    3 cups fresh cranberries
    1/2 to 3/4 cup brown sugar
    1/3 cup dried currants
    1/3 cup water
    1/8 tsp dry mustard
    1/8 tsp ground all spice
    1/8 tsp cardamom
    1/8 tsp cloves
    1/8 tsp ginger

    Recipe



    Cook cranberries, currants & spices over medium heat till berries pop. Bring to room temperature. Take skin off top of brie but leave a 1/4" around the edge. Leave all skin on the sides. Put cooked marmalade on top. Bake at 350F until cheese melts...approx. 15 minutes.

    Serve with some fresh fruit like sliced apples or pears.
