1 lb confectioners sugar
1 stick butter, room temperature
1 cup peanut butter
water
Chocolate covering:
16 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4-1/2 block paraffin wax
Recipe
Cream butter & peanut butter together. Add sugar & mix well. Mixture may be crumbly. Add water 1 tbsp at a time until desired consistency is reached. Mix thoroughly after each addition. Mixture should resemble play-doh. Roll into 1" balls, place on wax paper lined cookie sheet & chill.
In a double boiler melt chocolate chips & wax. Using candy fork or toothpick & dip balls into chocolate to cover half the ball. Place on wax paper cookie sheet & chill to set.
