List of Ingredients




2/3 cup butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup sour cream
2 3/4 cup flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
yellow and green food coloring
raisins or nuts

Heat oven to 375 deg. Mix butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla until
fluffy. Measure flour by dipping or sifting method. Blend dry
ingredients into butter mixture. Divide dough into in to 2 portions;
color half yellow and half green. Drop dough by heaping tsp. onto
greased baking sheets. Press raisin or nut into center of each
cookie. Bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes 6 doz.
