Christmas Pecan & Cranberry Snack Mix

2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 Tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper, to taste
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed in your palm or between your fingers
3 cups pecan halves
1 1/2 cups dried cranberries (or substitute dried cherries)
Stir together Worcestershire sauce, butter, and all spices. Add pecan halves and toss to coat.
Spread mixture on a cookie sheet. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 15 minutes; stir every 5 minutes. Stir in the cranberries. Bake 5 minutes more or till the pecans are toasted. Spread on paper towels or a paper grocery sack to cool. Store in an airtight container (like a zip lock bag).
