4 lbs. Redskin Potatoes
1 Onion (sliced)
1/4 c. Flour
enough to cover White cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. Heavy Cream
Recipe
In a baking pan place a layer of potatoes and cover with onion then a layer of cheese. Sprinkle with layers with flour, salt & pepper cover with cream. Continue layer process until potatoes are gone. Cook at 350° until potatoes are tender. Serve.
