Cranberry Currant Cake

1 cup canola oil
1 can (8-oz) jellied cranberry sauce
3 cups all-purpose flour (sifted)
4 eggs
2 cups brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 cups dried currants
1/3 cup cranberry juice
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350º. Butter bundt pan.
In large bowl, mix together oil, cranberry sauce and juice, flour, eggs, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and cloves. Stir in currants.
Pour batter into pan. Bake for one hour and 15 minutes.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes
