    1 cup Canned cranberry sauce
    1/2 cup Brown sugar
    2 tablespoons Lemon juice

    Simmer all ingredients until dissolved and blended, about 5 minutes. Serve over poultry.

    Another Variation:

    4 turkey tenderloins
    1/4 teaspoon Salt
    1/8 teaspoon Pepper
    1/2 cup jellied cranberry sauce
    1/3 cup Currant jelly
    2 tablespoons white vinegar
    1/8 teaspoon Ground ginger
    Cooking oil

    Rinse turkey and pat dry. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. For glaze, in a small saucepan combine cranberry sauce, currant jelly, vinegar, and ginger. Cook and stir over low heat till jelly melts. Remove from heat. Lightly brush the cooking grill with oil. Place turkey on the cooking grill. Grill 10 to 15 minutes or till tender, turning once and brushing often with glaze during the last 5 minutes of grilling time. Transfer turkey to a serving platter. Pass remaining glaze with turkey.
