Cranberry Peach Crumb Cake

1 (2 layer) pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 (2l oz.) peach pie filling
1 (16 oz) can whole cranberry sauce

Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease a 13x9" glass baking dish; set aside.

Combine dry cake mix, cinnamon and nutmeg in bowl. Cut in butter with a pastry blender until crumbly. Stir in nuts; set aside.

Combine peach pie filling and cranberries and spoon into a prepared baking dish. Sprinkle crumb mixture over fruit mixture.

Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until golden brown. May serve with whipped topping or vanilla ice cream.
