Crustless Cranberry Pie

List of Ingredients
2 cups chopped cranberries ( use your food processor for best results )
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine melted
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
dash salt
1/2 tsp almond extract
Mix chopped cranberries, walnuts and sugar and spread on the bottom of a 10 inch pie plate. Mix the remaining ingredients into a batter and spread it over the cranberry mixture. Bake the pie in a preheated 350F oven until set and tested done in center with a toothpick about 35 to 40 minutes. Serve warm with dollops of whipped cream or a scoop of ice cream
Also tastes good at room temperature or even chilled!
Note: if using a glass pyrex pie dish, remember to reduce the heat by 25F
