    48 Bars

    BARS
    2 c All-purpose flour
    2 c Sugar
    2 ts Baking powder
    1 ts Baking soda
    1 ts Cinnamon
    1 ts Nutmeg
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/2 ts Cloves
    1 c Oil
    16 oz Can pumpkin
    4 Eggs
    1/2 c Chopped nuts
    1/2 c Raisins

    FROSTING
    2 c Powdered sugar
    1/3 c Margarine or butter,softened
    3 oz Pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 tb Milk
    1 ts Vanilla

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 350F degrees. Grease 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan. In
    large bowl, combine all bar ingredients except nuts and raisins; beat at
    low speed until moistened. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Stir in
    nuts and raisins. Pour into a greased pan. Bake at 350F degrees for
    25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool 1 hour or until completely cooled. In a small bowl, combine all
    frosting ingredients; beat until smooth. Spread over cooled bars. Cut
    into bars. Store in refrigerator.
