Holiday Cheese Tarts

Makes 12 tarts
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (14-ounce) can Eagle® Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1/3 cup ReaLemon® Lemon Juice from Concentrate
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 (4-ounce) packages ready-made graham cracker pie crusts (12 crusts)
Assorted fruit (strawberries, blueberries, bananas, raspberries, orange segments, cherries, kiwi fruit)
1/4 cup apple jelly, melted (optional)
Recipe
1. With mixer, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in Eagle® Brand until smooth. Stir in ReaLemon® and vanilla. Spoon into crusts.
2. Chill 2 hours or until set.
3. Just before serving, top with fruit; brush with jelly if desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
