2 1/2 cups boiling water
1 pkg. (8 serving-size) Strawberry Jell-O
1 cup cold orange or cranberry juice
1 can (8 oz) drained pineapple chunks
1 can (11 oz) drained mandarin oranges Recipe
Stir boiling water into Jell-O till dissolved. Stir in cold juice.
Refrigerate 1 1/2 hours or till thickened. Stir in fruit.
Spoon into 6-cup mold sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Refrigerate 4 hours or till firm. Unmold.
Makes 10 servings
