6 eggs, separated
2 cups granulated sugar
¾ cup rum
3 cups bourbon whiskey
2, ½ cups heavy cream
2, ½ cups milk
grated nutmeg
Recipe
1: beat the egg yolks well in a bowl
2: in separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff
3: fold in sugar to egg whites
4: fold the egg yolks into the egg whites and stir
5: add the liquor to the egg/sugar mixture
6: garnish with ground nutmeg and serve!
