    One step Christmas Crab Quiche

    In a large bowl, whisk throughly three fresh farm eggs; add and mix all together:

    1/4 cup finely chopped Vidalia onion
    1/4 cup finely diced red bell pepper
    1 cup of chopped, blanched and drained fresh Swiss chard (or frozen chopped spinach)
    1 cup whole milk or half and half
    1 cup diced Swiss cheese
    1 eight ounce package of softened cream cheese, cut in 1/2 inch squares

    Lastly stir in gently 1/2 pound of fresh crab meat and pour into Christmas Farm Pie Dish.

    Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for one hour; remove, dust with Old Bay seasoning and serve at table in 5 minutes.
