3 Gal boiled water,cooled
10# sugar
3 quart cut up oranges, seeds, rinds and all
(or other fruit)
2 lemons
1 cake of yeast


Instructions:

Mix all and cover with cheesecloth over top. Stir once a day for seven days. 7th day add 4# raisens
Let stand 21 days. Bottle
